At NORDEMODA, we want you to be completely happy with every piece you bring into your wardrobe. If something isn’t right, returning your order is simple and fair.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and typically range from $20–$40 to our warehouse in Asia.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NORDEMODA is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.

We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.

Once we receive your item in good condition, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
If you wish to return an item after your order is processed, please follow the return process above.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.

If your return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
