At NORDEMODA, we want every order to arrive safely and smoothly. Below is how shipping works for all Canadian customers.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will take 1–3 business days to process.
Orders placed Monday–Thursday are usually processed within 1 business day. Weekend orders may require additional time.

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination, carrier volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada.
No minimum spend. No hidden fees.

How to Order

  • Add your selected item(s) to cart
  • Ensure correct size/colour variants are selected
  • Proceed to Checkout and enter accurate shipping information
  • Select your payment method and complete checkout

We accept secure encrypted payment methods through Shopify Payments and accredited merchant processors.

How We Ship

NORDEMODA consolidates shipments to maintain fair pricing and environmental efficiency. During high-volume periods, some delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and trust while we prepare and ship your order.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

Once a carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

If you do not see your package:

  • Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Check with neighbors / building / mailroom
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for updated scan details

While NORDEMODA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we will assist by providing all tracking data and support in opening a carrier investigation if needed.
